About CG Shift
We tell stories that grow brands.
A full-service creative agency based in Colombo, delivering 400+ projects for brands across Sri Lanka and around the world since 2020.
We started in 2020 with a simple focus. Helping brands tell their story through video and animation. As client needs grew, so did we officially registering as a private limited company in 2021, and expanding into full digital marketing in 2023. Today, under the leadership of our founder, Chathura Goonathilake, who brings over a decade of experience in media and communication design, we continue to grow alongside the brands we work with. Our approach follows a clear pipeline of research, concept development, production and post-production so every project, big or small, gets the same level of craft and accountability.
We're not the biggest agency, but we're one our clients trust to stay. Many have worked with us for 3+ years, some since the day we started. MAS Holdings, our longest-standing client, has partnered with us for over three years; Elite Shuttler remains our longest-running digital marketing retainer.
We believe in being part of the team, not just a vendor showing up, delivering on time, and treating every brand's budget and reputation like our own.
